Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

How do I /create an account?

Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.

How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

Can I amend and cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

Key in the voucher code at the field “Voucher Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

I have problems adding items to my shopping cart?

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

1. How long does it take to get my order?

We try to get your order to you as soon as possible but the length of delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose and which country you live in. Some countries take longer to deliver to than others

2. When will a sold-out item be available again?

Send us an email at support@begrip.com and let us know which item you want. We will let you know when it will be available again

3. After placing my order, when will it be sent to me?

If your order arrives before 4 p.m. on a business day we ship the same day. If your order comes in on a day we are closed, then it will be shipped the next working day.

4. How can I track my purchase?

When your order is shipped we will send you an e-mail with all the tracking information. If you have not received that e-mail then contact us at support@begrip.com and we will send it to you. Make sure to include your ORDER ID or purchase number so we can find your order quickly.

5. What kind of warranty do you offer on your products?

Each product has its own warranty period. Some items will have a 1-year warranty while others may have 2-year coverage. Make sure to read the fine print on the packaging to see all the details about each products warranty coverage. If you are still not sure contact us at support@begrip.com for more information.

6. What do I do if my purchase arrives broken or defective?

Send an e-mail to support@begrip.com with a short description of the problem. Make sure to include a copy of your receipt and any photos of the problem to help us determine the extent of the damage if it can be fixed or needs replacing. We will look at your issue and provide help as soon as possible.

7. If I am not satisfied with the product I bought, can I return it?

You have 30 days from the time of purchase to return the item and either get your money back or find a replacement. After 30 days, you cannot return the item nor get a replacement. In order to return the item, it should be in its original packaging, has no damage and make sure you have a valid receipt. Contact us at support@begrip.com if you have more questions.

8. Do you sponsor teams or special charity events, etc.?

Send us an e-mail at content@begrip.com and describe the event you want us to endorse or sponsor and we will get back to you. Due to a large number of requests we receive, do not wait till the last minute before contacting us.
